Hi Varun,

Accomodation is a thing which you have to do on your own. But PyCon team
did a great job they have OYO as their accommodation partner blog is
here[1]. Or you can check out at MMT for the guest houses there are
N-number of residencies and guest houses near to venue in the range of 3KM.
