[Inpycon] participation certificate

[Deepak Puppala]

But chair person told me that to drop a mail to get a certificate.
I am a student I left my internal exams for this conference my hod yelled
at me and told you'll be passed only If I you submit the participation
certificate to the director of my college.
Please someone help me before they submit the final results to the server.
