[Inpycon] Convince My Boss - Convincing made easy

Hi folks,

A few weeks ago, I proposed having a new section called "Convince My Boss"
in this year's PyCon India 2018 on the Discord channel. I have been working
on the same. Here is the first draft [1].

For people who don't know, Convince My Boss is a section which I thought
could be a great new addition from this year's PyCon India. *Convince my
Boss* is a letter template aimed at helping professionals to make their
case so that they could attend the conference. It presents all important
conference highlights and advantages in great detail. Helping in
*convincing* the bosses to have the person attend it. I have noticed the
same, at other conferences too that happen around the world. I think it
could be a great addition for this year and subsequent year's PyCon.

Any suggestions and queries are much appreciated !!
