[Inpycon] CFP Proposal Sections

Hello everyone,

Before going live with CFP, we thought it would be a good idea to cleanup
the proposal sections. There were 13 sections earlier[1] and some of the
sections were too narrow and some with an overlap. Tried to clean that up
and here is the new list:

Core python and Standard library
Data science
Developer tools and Automation
Embedded python
Networking and Security
Web development
Others
