​We need to fit Production and logistics somewhere in there. Venue, food
and network connectivity.

​And as we've booked a large venue and targeting a large number of
attendees, food and network needs some good amount of work.​

I've mentioned whatever I could think of here[1], with relates to the lines
of workgroups as well.
