[Inpycon] Is PyCon India "really open"?

This has been written a number of times without replying to the other
points made in this thread. Can you please let everyone on this list know
what "knowledge" was required to approve the PR?

Also, what is the process of revoking rights from the repository? Who gets
to make this decision?
