Hi D.Patel - Thanks for reaching out. I think Noufal has already
responded (Thanks
Noufal) to you in another thread.

Coming to your specific questions -
a. The registration process will tentatively begin in May.  We will send
out notifications via a blog post and email in this forum.  So, please
watch out this space.
b. We will send out a call for volunteers tentatively by the second week of
April.  You could contribute by becoming a volunteer in the team you are
interested.
