[Inpycon] Mistaken refunding of tickets

Hi,
I brought two tickets for Python conference on 29 September 2017. Due to plan change, I applied for a cancellation in explara page for ONE ticket on 16 October 2017, on the same day I received two mails with subject line ***Explara : Cancellation verification code for ticket no '$$$$'*** and ***Explara : Refund & Cancellation request for ticket '$$$$'***. The number $$$$ is the ticket number, I have cancelled
However, on 18 October 2017, I received mails with subject line ***Refund & Cancelled Ticket information from Explara***for $$$$ and for my second tickets which is not requested for cancellation by me and not confirmed from explara throughmail for its cancellation. I got refund for both the tickets. 
I request to look into this issue, now with all travel set for conference, me with devoid of tickets, as the regular registration tickets even sold out, it is really making a problem.
