[Inpycon] PyCon India 2018 volunteer meeting on 30th Nov 2017

>From the PyCon India mailing list threads, the planning for PyCon
India 2018 has already started.
We are tentatively planning to do PyCOn India durng August last week
hence we need to speed to speed up the things.
We are planning to have a video call on 30th Nov  2017 i.e. on
Thursday at 8.00 P.M. IST to 9.00 P.M. IST.
