[Inpycon] Proposal for “Python in Education” day in PyCon India

There's a No starch press book on python for kids, we could perhapse use
that.

Are the code.org tutorials just for JS/Scratch? a python version would be
cool.

For college student project presentations, doing something in a pecha kucha
type format would perhaps allow more students to present
