I don't think timeline should be reversed. Even though it is a timeline and
journey, the priority
information wise is PyCon India 2018. So that information I feel should be
in the beginning.

Also most website we do follow the "last updated" order rather than
chronological order.

So I personally feel reverse chronological order makes sense.
