[Inpycon] PyCon India 2018 website

The website is nice. Response time is also good.
Some observations:
-> The navbar needs some finishing touch though, especially at faq and coc
page.
-> Clicking journey/sponsor/blog/venue (from coc/faq) takes back to home
not the respective sections
-> The sponsorship prospects button is touching the div boundary.
-> The event venue's height doesn't matches with the map height.

The website can be a bit more distributed along pages?
