I was about to propose this - and this is not a bad idea except for
those who may have workshop talks + want to mentor in dev sprints. But
that can be solved by clever scheduling.

Summarizing,

Thu, Fri - Workshops + Dev Sprints
Saturday - Talk
Sunday - Talk

Looks fine to me.
