[Inpycon] Venue for PyCon India 2017

[qua non]

Just as a follow up keeping every one involved updated, we are in talks
with a couple of institutes near Noida for the venue.
Will update on progress as soon  as something is finalized.

It makes sense though to have multiple efforts made so as to make sure we
get a good venue in time booked for PyCon India.

So if any of you can help with the venue please do not hesitate.
