[Inpycon] Requesting a table for PSF

no tables for communities due to space constraints.

After careful considertion and chair's discretion it was decided that we
will not be able to have tables for any community as there are so many
diverse groups and ideas that all cannot be accommodated in the limited
space available. To name a few, we have requests from people who are a part
of both PyCon India and at least one of the following:

- PyLadies
- DjangoGirls
- RailsGirls
- PyDelhi
- BangPypers
- Wikimedia Community
- Openstreet map Community
- Datameet Community
- HillHacks
- BeachHacks
- ILUG-D
- Mozilla Community
- Gnome Asia
et el, all requesting for the same. The convention center does not have
enough space for so many tables.

However, on a positive note, there will be Lightening Talks where
representatives of the community can speak about their achievements and
invite the audience to join in. There will have Open Spaces where
communities are cordially invited to interact with the attendees and spread
their message. These sessions can also be conducted in as a BoF like last

So its a 'No' for now.
