[Inpycon] header in old websites

Namaste

On the old websites of PyCon India, would it be a good idea to add a header
notifying people about PyCon India 2016?

If yes then shall we include a similar header on the websites of
PythonExpress and PSSI?
As in get every bit of traffic directed towards 2016 website that does not
require buying ad space.
