[Inpycon] About confirmation of workshop/talk

I have one query that

How would I come to know that my talk is finalized or Rejected.

Does it consider by:

1. Upvotes
2. Selection Committee consideration etc?

Please clarify so, according to it, I will make modifications in my
proposal,
