[Inpycon] PyCon India 2015 Logo work

The logo is good, I have a couple of suggestions

1) since the centre of logo conveys 'python', location indicators , are
kind of disturbing ( as in making the logo out of proportion ).
2) If the theme is to show various cities/locations monuments and
specifics*, I think it's better to complete the entire circle with
monuments/specifics . I mean the base of circle can be changed.
3) clouds are a good idea, but flowers in sky doesn't look good.

*specifics = elephants/ coconut trees/ etc.,
