Just FYI, the responsibilities include -

  - Make a list of every single item received from HasGeek
  - Throughout the event, keep track of the items being used, make sure 
we dont lose anything
  - At the end of the event, pack everything(others will help) and 
return every single item picked up from HasGeek to their office.
