Like I mentioned in the original note, this is still basic. I'm 
planning this just for the panel discussion voting this year, and just 
for the audience to have fun.  And even that is only if a demo goes 
smoothly as a lightning talk on the first day. If this works out well 
and people like it, we can build on this for next year's conference and 
add the ability to track it across multiple talks.
