[Inpycon] Missed call based voting system

I could use some help testing the system.

Give a call to one of these three numbers below. It will ring 3-4 times 
and then automatically hang up. You will not be charged for the call.

Choice 1: 08030752691
Choice 2: 08030752692
Choice 3: 08030752693

(Only last 4 digits of the phone number are displayed. You may have to 
reload to get the latest data).

Let me know if your number isnt appearing, or if your choice isnt 
appearing correctly. I've got papertrail tracking the logs.
