[Inpycon] PyCon India 2015

Check out IIT madras as a venue ... They may even be interested in hosting
it for free ... Though I am not an expert to advice on who to contact !
They get pretty good sponsors for their cultural events every year !
And needless to mention they got huge space ... Open or otherwise ...
