I think this is by default allowed. Movies, airlines and even railways
allow it. Why not?

I haven't come across any Indian speaker who was swearing on stage. So I
guess we are kids friendly ;)

content. I think the other point being suggested is that  we need to be
careful about the precedent that gets set if youngest is the criteria,
since there'll be one of those every year and we'll need to invent more
criteria then.

Yes, content should be the primary criteria, but we can lower the
expectations a bit considering the age.
