[Inpycon] Keynote topics

We are in the process of developing the conference schedule. Knowing what
they are planning on speaking about would help us finalize the position of
the keynotes on the schedule and ensure cadence of related talks on the
same day. I understand logistics can be stressful. But unless these are
threatening their travel itself, I'd request that we get a rough sense of
this rightaway. In fact, in the future, I'd endorse doing this before we
select who a keynote speaker is.
