[Inpycon] Volunteers required for session staff

Hello,

We need volunteers for session staff who should help us during workshop 
and talk from 26th Sept to 28th Sept, 2014 in Pyconindia 2014.  A 
session is the group of talks in between breaks (usually 2-3 talks). The 
session staff should consist of session chair and session runner.

To sign-up as a session chair/runner, Below is the duties:

     - Session Chairs and Session Runners are present for an entire 
session (usually 2 to 3 talks in a row).

     - A Session Chair[0] introduces the speaker, manages the time, and 
facilitates the question and answer period. "Please be seated. Our next 
speaker is...". During the talk, you need to watch the clock and let the 
speaker know when it's the time to stop for question and help in 
questionaire session in the provided time.

     - A Session Runner[0] helps the speaker get from the Speakers 
Lounge to the appropriate stage 5 minutes before the talk. They help in 
any way needed to make the session run smoothly.

     - Only sign up for one role per session.
