[Inpycon] Tickets for PyCon 2014

Do we want to let people sign up to be notified if more seats become
available (due to drop offs, etc)?

Also, it would be good to get more accurate historical data. I presume we
would have the real numbers here since these were ticketed, and accounting
would have been taken care of.
