[Inpycon] Last minute publicity for Call For Proposal

Hello

 We have received 65 proposals. We have 17 more days left for closing
funnel. It is known, lot of people submit proposals on last day. There are
lot of organisation who use python. Reaching out to them will improve the
quality of talks.

As part of out reach program we wrote to last year talk proposers. We will
be reaching out to 2012 proposers as well. We also have a plan to write to
organisation who use python. If you know any such organisation/individuals,

Also if you don't want to share the contact, please reach out to them
personally spread a word about CFP.
