[Inpycon] Selected volunteers confirmation emails

Hi,
   Am getting lot of email asking confirmation whether they have been
chosen for  volunteering. Can Volunteer co-ordiniators close the thread by
providing name selected(first come first selected) so it avoid confusion to
them.
   At the same time can i get access to spreadsheet where we are tracking
volunteers.
