[Inpycon] Volunteer required: Volunteer Coordinator

We need a volunteer coordinator to manage the volunteers for PyCon India
2014.


Responsibilities:

     When someone shows an interest for volunteering, get their details and
area of interest and time of availability.

     Follow up with volunteers on the assigned task.
