[Inpycon] Twitter/FB

I guess we should increase the number of blog posts, which might spark
some activity on the social media platforms.
May be one ( or even two) post every week will do, given the number of
volunteers once a week should not be a trouble.
The topics can be discussed in the channel itself, the channel has
also been silent for sometime now.

Again just an idea, I am willing to initiate if it sounds reasonable.
