[Inpycon] PythonMonth planning

Hi ,
    I think we need to kick start PythonMonth work . I propose tentative
date from August 18- Sept 18th(we have one long weekend in between August
29th)

    We need to find few active volunteer for different region to follow up
with college and Tutor.
    We need to start scheduling date now so we can cover as much as we can.
    We need to decide what all topic we will be cover (will it be same as
last year).
