[Inpycon] Free conference pass for student

Hi,
   There were few request last year and this year we got request to provide
free pass for conference.
   I was think if we can make form available online where student can fill
and get free pass for conference.(max of 10 tickets)
   Preference of the free pass will be for out station student  as they
need to plan transportation and accommodation cost.

 Any thoughts ?
