Hi,

Can you please turn off auto-posting from Facebook to Twitter? It appends
an unnecessary fb.me url to the posts if it has urls(
https://twitter.com/pyconindia/status/433507282672832512) even if it's not
necessary and there are also posts like this
https://twitter.com/pyconindia/status/433301497644736513 that has no value
to Twitter.

You can either use something like HootSuite(https://hootsuite.com/) to post
at both places or Turn of posting from Twitter to FB(it works much better).
Or use IFTTT maybe. As a Twitter user, I find that fb url at the end of
each tweet very disturbing.
