[Inpycon] How to send mail to previous year attendees

Yes, DoAttend provides a way to download previous year attendees list in
csv format. We need to extract email addresses. I can help with this.

I would suggest using MailChimp to send emails. We can create a list for
every year participants and mail them. Reason to use Mailchimp (
http://mailchimp.com/pricing/) is protection from spam. We don't want our
emails to end up in spam directory. We can create other related lists for
bulk emailing. One issue we may face is payment for mailchimp, since we
don't have credit card (if we cross email cap). It is also possible to
write to mailchimp and ask for discounts.
