Do you want to speak at those workshops yourself? If not, we need to 
find a speaker, then you talk to those institutes and the speaker and 
fix a date. The speaker can decide the workshop duration and content, 
we'll provide some examples and topics that could be covered for a 
beginner workshop. Ideally the institute should take care of the travel 
cost etc of the speaker. If that doesn't happen, PSSI can help with the 
travel costs.

We can send over a poster design that you can print and publicize 
locally and then conduct the workshop.
