+1 for getting professionals involved.

Also, as I've learnt during my work, there are a few different styles of
designers and those are some of those conflict with what people would
expect. E.g. I got a person whose design style is minimalist, it didn't go
too well with my team who expected more colourful and visual style.

It's also important to go with ones who go ahead and understand the idea
behind the website and PyCon as a whole. I guess which is why Vijay would
be favouring volunteers.

If we do consider getting professionals involved and Kiran doesn't want to
take up this part, I can volunteer with this task. Kiran can lead the team
that works on backend, I'll work with them for co-ordination between the 2
teams.
