[Inpycon] PyCon India Website

Hi,

We're starting with the development of next year's website. And I've 
come up with a simple map of content we need on the website, keeping it 
as simple as possible. You can see it here -

This should be a reusable guide for the coming years that we can just 
provide to the designer and s/he can work with it.
