[Inpycon] Volunteer for publicity

Hi, I could help out here (not that it needs to be mentioned specifically
:P ).I'm active on about 20 mailing lists, besides a couple of forums,
Facebook, Twitter etc. :).

Would be great if we can have messages on the mailing list that we can all
post on other mailing lists. As someone has already mentioned, a conf is as
good as it's papers, so especially for the CFP, hope we can have loads of
publicity :)
