[Inpycon] Volunteer for Managing pycon India Website content

Thank you Mukesh. Vijay will mail you back with details of where you can
help out. As of not, the pain points are managing the CFP and actual
dev. work on the website. Vijay knows if there are more areas that need
help.

We're getting dangerously close to the actual dates and there's still a
lot of work done. Those who had ideas for improvement from last years
event, please come forward. We need all the help we can get if we have
to pull this off.
