[Inpycon] Discount for Group registration

They are few companies who does not pay enough for fresher so it might happen developers who is interested can't join the conference as they can't afford fee amount.
If we provide discount then developers can request in their organisation to pay for them.

PyCon India ticket price is already heavily discounted. The participants are paying just for food and t-shirt, or may be less. The venue cost and other logistics are taken care by sponsorships. I don't think we should discount the price any further.
