[Inpycon] Can we disable offline registrations

Hello everyone,

Can we disable offline registrations to simplify managing registrations?
Everyone will know someone who can pay by creditcard or online bank even if
they don't have one.

I think this simplifies our life in managing the tickets. What do you think?
