[Inpycon] New Website

Hello everyone,

I've been busy working with Prateek on the new website design and finally
I've something to show.

We are along working on to make sure it looks nice on mobile etc. Still lot
of things still need to be fixed.

For those of you in bangalore, I'll at the PythonMonth meeting tomorrow.
