[Inpycon] PyCon logo drafts

Hi

Great job! Just a couple of suggestions :
- The words "Keynote Speakers" should probably be vertically alligned
[towards left?]
- The footer/bottom has two cells with pycon URL and venue. Both have the
same background. Would it look good if they are merged without the white
space in between?
