[Inpycon] Notice Board at PyCon India

Hi

The idea for notice board, is very handy and should be adopted.

The basic layout of notice board should have ROOMs as the columns,
Time-Slots as the rows and people can then stick post-its to book slot/room.

Also, would be good if we could define as first-day for BoFs, Second day
for sprints etc.....
