[Inpycon] Notice Board at PyCon India

Hello everyone,

I see lot of enthusiasm for conducting coding sprints and various other
activities at PyCon India. It'll be use to have a notice board so that
these impromptu events are displayed there. We are also thinking of having
an open session and we need a place to put schedule for that. I think
having a notice board will help in all these.

Noufal suggested last year to have a notice board, but I don't think we
managed to get one. It'll be useful to plan early and arrange for it.
