[Inpycon] Breakfast at the venue

Hello everyone,

One thing that I recently liked about HasGeek Conferences is breakfast the
venue. It gives enough buffer time for people to reach the venue before the
event starts. And breakfast is a good incentive to start early.

It looks like a good idea to have breakfast for PyCon India as well. What
do you think?
