[Inpycon] Python Month

Hi,

I can take care of the following in Chennai:

1. Managing workshops
2. Talk to speakers
3. Schedule the workshops.
4. Be a speaker myself

I won't really have the time to talk to colleges or travel around Tamil
Nadu, as I'm a working professional. So I am restricted to Chennai alone. I
can probably coordinate with some other volunteer who can do the same.
