[Inpycon] [PyCon 2013] Programming Challenges, Hackathons & Sprints, in Python at PyCon

Hi,

IMO, we already have lots of these algorithmic challenges around. What
would be more worthwhile is to take some open source project and guide
people to contribute to it. We could take some good project and organise a
code sprint/hackathon around it. This way we can break barriers involved in
contributing to open source and make people happy, knowing that they too
can make a difference to the open source world. What do you guys think ?
