*Attendees:*
    Anand C

*Minutes Of Meeting:*

> Anand C will send out an email regarding  PyCon India 2014.
> Vijay and Anand will have a talk with caterer
> Annapoornima will help in editorial front.
> Sayan is working on  FAQ's
> We would require 3 volunteers to take care of inventory management in the
conf.
> We would need 4 volunteers to help in video recording.
> We would need 4 volunteers to edit, process and upload the videos.
> Anand will have a talk with has geek on internet front

*Workshop:[pycon]*

> Anand will visit NIMHANS to identify 5 places  for conducting workshops
> We would need a volunteer for managing the workshops end-end.
> We would need a volunteer for monitoring internet all the three days.
>  Annapoornima agreed to be one of contact persons for enforcing code of
conduct.

*Panel Discussion:*

> Role of Python in education - Lead by Noufal
> Python3 - Lead by Dhananjay Nene
> Tentatively the Panel discussion will happen on Aug 31 and Sept 1

*Python Month:*

> We have to plan to cover all over India
> Vijay will find the co-ordinators for each state
> Vijay will set up a new form to collect more information about the
instructors for python month.
> We should open a new thread on "Is it a good idea to print a book on
python month"
> We would need a volunteer for taking care of printing Python Month
 stickers.
> No certificates will be given for Python Month from Indian python society.
