[Inpycon] Plan for workshops

Hello everyone,

We are planning to create a google group for each workshop and ask the
instructor to post instructions about the setup etc. That'll even allow the
participants to discuss with the instructor if they have any questions
about the setup.

We can try setting up a alias @in.pycon.org, but felt that it is simpler to
create a google group.

Konark Modi is working on setting these things up.

Please let us know if you have any suggestions.
